Mud Creek Soapery provides handcrafted bath and body products. By accessing our website and placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
 

Product Information

  • All our products are handmade, meaning variations in color, texture, and scent may occur.

  • Our products are for external use only. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

  • Customers should review the ingredient list before purchasing to avoid allergic reactions.
     

Ordering & Payment

  • Orders must be placed and confirmed before pickup.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of order confirmation.

  • We accept debit and credit cards as the only payment methods.

  • Once payment is confirmed, we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
     

Pickup Policy

  • No shipping or delivery is available at this time; all orders must be picked up in person.

  • Pickup location: 525 Scotland Road, Odessa, Ontario K0H 2H0.

  • Customers must collect their orders within 10 days after confirmation of the order.

  • Please bring proof of order confirmation at the time of pickup.
     

Refunds & Returns

  • All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted due to the nature of the products.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup with proof of damage.
     

Liability Disclaimer

  • Mud Creek Soapery is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities caused by our products.

  • Customers should conduct a patch test before using any product.

  • We are not liable for any misuse of our products.
     

Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your personal information.

  • Any personal data collected (such as name, contact details, and payment information) will be securely stored and only used for order processing.
